Florida to pay $2.9 million to kids abused in foster care
(I put the CPS lawyers statement in bold.....it's unbelievable they would even TRY to say that DFS should have immunity because they didn't know of the potential for abuse with the foster family! That's CPS's JOB to KNOW what homes are safe! But then again, we all know they don't know squat!) State ...

Chicago:Parents sue DCFS over removal of toddler from family
It's a start. Keep contacting the media, it can be a very powerful tool for putting CPS in the spotlight they try to avoid! Parents sue DCFS over removal of toddler from family By Ofelia Casillas October 03, 2008 A toddler’s parents are suing state child-welfare investigators and police officers who...

Be careful about letting CPS know before hand. I've done a lot of reading and have found out that when they get the info someone is going to sue them or have their day in court, they close their files to everyone so they can plan their defense. The best thing is to get your info first, then let them...

CPS came into being by a bill sponsored by Vice President Walter Mondale when he was in office. It was voted into being by Congress and the Senate in the 60's. It has since grown into the biggest evil monster ever created by government, and let loose on an unsuspecting population without any higher ...

Same thing with a friend of mine. They were able to prove CPS at fault for negligence and forced the judge (a CPS judge no less) into doing the right thing and returning the baby to relatives. The CPS supervisor let the caseworker take all the blame even though being a supervisor (duh!) she should h...

I agree! The only way they are going to stop doing what they do is to be held responsible for all the misery they cause! After a few caseworkers get sued, the others will stop to think. If nobody does anything, the caseworkers will get bolder and think that nobody will ever oppose them. It's time fo...

Helpful link isn't working
I went to the link you provide for helpful forms, etc. I wanted to go to this site: Complaint for Federal Court - this complaint was recently filed by an experienced anti-CPS lawyer.... so if you can't find a good lawyer like this to represent you, start by copying his form. However, it is password ...

My heart goes out to you and your family Diando. I hope your daughter can find that information, we could use all the lawyers we possibly can on our side. We must be as vocal as we can. I've already started my campaign of writing to the White House every day. In my subject line I put something relating to CPS. I would encourage everyone to start the white house daily! Maybe if enough of us make a BIG stink, they might start listening! I totally agree. A class action suit is a great idea, but can it be done nationwide? There's got to be a way to beat them. How do we start? I have a sneaky feeling that most judges are in league with CPS anyway. Right now I can think of several things such as perjury, kidnapping, abuse of power that...
