How do I fight for my grandbabies in Washington state? I live in Indiana and cannot afford a private attorney! A fact finding hearing is to take place next week. I am planning on attending. Advise please!

Bineshi, you are a grandparent, so you have no rights unless you had a "de facto" parent status before this happened... or unless they decide to give you Kinship Care rights.

You could start helping by reading the Washington state social services regulations.
