Hi. First of all, I need to mention that I'm living in the states but from another country. My English might be perfect...as I feel still insecure I rather not write the details.
I got involved with CPS about 2years ago. My husband and I did nothing wrong but our kid was taken away. We got a lot of people to involve in and the case was closed. Now, I don't have to deal with CPS and live with my kid again but I'm always scared and feel like someone is watching me. I often feel what if someone think I'm a bad mother and report CPS? I have tried to make new friends, but then I got really scared. I just can't get rid of those feelings. I can't even trust others anymore.
If someone has ever experienced the same feelings or got over it, please let me know how to...
Thank you.
Is PTSD gonna go away?
