Social Worker Files Whistleblower Suit

Postby Dazeemay » Wed Oct 27, 2010 4:18 pm

We need more whistleblowers and perhaps the American people will wake up to the fact that their child/ren might be next.

I had a very dear friend who was an RN. She graduated tops in her class but, only worked a year because she lost her licence due to the fact that the hospital told some young parents to let their baby die. The baby had a defect of some kind and the drs. made the judgment call to tell the parents the infant would die. When my friend came on shift she was told that the parents knew about the infant. She didn't think much about it but, she happened to go into a room where there was an infant laying on a table and was breathing. She suddenly realized the drs. were letting the baby die w/o even a blanket over it's poor little body . She picked the infant up and took him/her, can't remember which, to the parents. She told them they needed to have faith that their baby would live a full productive life. That there would be things they could do to enable the child to be productive. She gave them examples of what they could do.

The baby and parents went home and to this day as far as I know they send her a thank you every year for saving their child.

My friend was a single mom but, she decided she could not live with herself if she let the baby die. She would trust the Lord to help her raise her children and find another job.

You have to have a conscience about what is right and wrong. If you don't a person becomes hollow and lifeless in their feelings towards life.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Just in case you decide that you are tired of the injustices your cps office creates. And you are tired of feeling guilty and depressed over kidnapping children from their loving parents.

A few years back I filed a complaint with our county grand jury. An ex-social worker wanted to back me up and go with me to testify... but when we got there, they wouldn't let her in. I guess they didn't want to hear the truth from her!

Filing a complaint with the grand jury is always a good idea... and with the local board of county supervisors.

Please keep in mind that none of us are lawyers and we can't give legal advice. We are simply telling you what we would do in a similar situation. It is to your advantage to get a lawyer.

Wait a minute.... she lost her RN license because she did what was right? WTF? Sorry for the language. Hope the moderators won't ban me, but this is bananas. I can't believe they too her license over that. If I was her, I would go to the state board and fight to get it back. SMH!
