short version
I was stolen from my real mom due to a disability and given for adoption.
I was abused in that "home" I told and went to foster care.
I hated foster care. I ran away 2. Cops found me and put me in shelter and then juvie.
after while I was adopted again.
I could not run away home b/c my mom was dead.

Thanks for making this thread and if I find other foster children who feel this way I will send them here so they can share.

So sorry you didn't get to know your mom better!

You might need to invite other foster children to the message board - but occasionally they do log in here and will be happy to see your posting.

My experience with foster care was much different... and it didn't happen until I was seventeen. I think I'll leave that story for another day.

I wouldn't mind hearing your story either it helps me remember different aspects of my experience that I want to include in my story.
