Statement of Objections and Corrections help???

I am confused as to the formatting concerning the above.

Could someone please simplify this for me.

What are you confused about?, which part? The link you referred to is sort of what the document should look like laid out on paper. That might be hard for someone to duplicate if they are not used to working on a word processor. Is that what your talking about?

Or maybe you don't understand that basically what you do is look at your own paperwork and insert YOUR information in the items, things like clerk name, just ignore or delete if you can't find it, but at minimum, your document should have:

Your Name and Address
Court Case Number
Judge Name
Other court names if available
Children's name
Name of document
I'm not a lawyer but will try and help you any way i can. My postings may seem harsh but they all stem from personal experience with DCFS. I am not a victim and take responsibility for my part in my life, but I will always help ANYONE learn about the corrupt sick system.
