Accused of neglect

Postby Justtina36 » Tue Oct 18, 2016 5:22 am

My husband and I gain temporary custody of his two nieces and nephew after parents abandoned them for three weeks at a time. We kept kids for 5 years. Both parents was on drugs. The judge give back to bio father. Father showed judge false statements saying he had been working but actually father went to prison for back child support. Then moved in with his mother after he got out of prison. Told judge he was stable and done what courts ask. He got kids back . Now my husband and I don't see the kids bc bio father won't let us. It's been three years. We decided to become foster parents but state of Kentucky say their is some neglect on our records. We was never charged with anything. We have no clue what they are talking about. How can we fight them?

I am in KY. I have no idea.

In my case they literally made up a previous incident case file and all to show a pattern of neglect to help keep me from even seeing my daughter. CPS commits fraud all the time in KY and I have no solution for fixing it. My daughter was completely alienated from me and we don't even have a relationship really anymore and likely never will again.

You really need to consult with an attorney, but be careful what attorney you use. The court appointed attorney on my case stipulated me to the charges without my consent and the judge let her do it. Don't know what county you're in. But be careful what attorney you use.
My child was abducted by the government. They demanded a ransom (the case plan). I paid the ransom and my child was kept anyway. It isn't much different from stranger abduction except that the government uses its power to make the abduction legal and unpunishable.
