In False Sexual Abuse allegations, or even if offender is truly guilty, offenders are required by DHHS (or court-mandated) to submit to sex offender therapy. These articles discuss the legal and ethical issues surrounding that, and the corresponding constitutional rights being violated, aside from deviation from the normal therapist-client relationship due to the coercive nature of the "treatment" instead of the client (patient) giving informed consent.
Hence it is not reasonable for DHHS to ask that a parent accused of child sexual abuse undergo SOT prior to being allowed reunification with the allegedly abused child.

If you are falsely accused who was required to go through SOT and actually did it, and found yourself arrested/in prison, this affidavit by a licensed psychologist will give you valid arguments you can raise when you file a lawsuit in return.
