My attoney would not even assist me with getting a report, he would not even talk about it. So, If I send a request in my state, for this report will it flag them? Our case has been closed years.

Re: Child abuser list:
Way late, but in our case, they told us the only way to confirm that DH was NOT on the CACI list was to go get fingerprinted at their offices. We were very, very, VERY suspicious of this. However, after years of being involved in home day care, scouts, little league, schools, etc. I know that the DOJ completely FUBAR'd the system and every single time an organization needed our DOJ "clearance" we had to go get fingerprinted AGAIN. "But Little League guy... I just got fingerprinted last month for girl scouts... can't you just request my records? I'm in the system." Oh no... you have to go down and give fingerprints AGAIN because they are a different organization, may ask for different records, etc. No... that doesn't make sense AT ALL (I have a degree in Management Information Systems so I know a little about data records & access). This is like getting a new driver's license for every different car you drive... just ABSURD! So.... maybe you have to go get fingerprinted to see if anything comes up on your record.
