Re: Declaration of Facts and Omissions and Corrections form
I haven't found any concerning your state but, here is one that is very good to follow http://www.washingtonlawhelp.org/docume ... bbrev=/WA/
Then go here for the Obj/Cor Scroll down until you get to the title viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4274
I am assuming you have your case files.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom
To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Re: Declaration of Facts and Omissions and Corrections form
Where can I find this form for Ft. Wayne Indiana?
Re: Declaration of Facts and Omissions and Corrections form
Usually most of these forms can be used anywhere
You could call the Clerk of Court and ask them if they have any forms.
You can do an advanced google search and see what comes up.
