court orders

Postby madimc01 » Wed Feb 25, 2015 3:15 pm

Given they have the court order for medical dental records school records and the such, doesn't the us constitution trump their court order for announced and unannounced visits and such?

No, the fourth amendment (privacy in your home) only applies when there's no court order for the intrusions.

It depends on how the Court Order was obtained. If you have bases to challenge the Court Order/Warrant, then you have the ability to challenge that they have violated the 4th Amendment.
