Well apparently CPS has highjacked the ENTIRE COURT SYSTEM

Courts and Court Improvement Project: PSD (Protective Service Division) is represented on the State’s Children’s Court Improvement
Commission (CCIC) and many of the CCIC’s work groups, including the advisory groups for the CCIC training and
data grants and new work groups on parent representation, education, and quality of representation and
hearings. PSD initiatives which involve the court and court processes are discussed at CCIC meetings, and the
division’s input is sought into CCIC initiatives. PSD has worked with the Children’s Law Center at the University
of New Mexico School of Law, the sub-grantee on the CCIC training grant, and the New Mexico Administrative
Office of the Courts (AOC) to use Title IV-E funds to support training for judges, attorneys, Court Appointed
Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers, and court staff. PSD is represented on the Advisory Committee for the
Children’s Law Center and is a sponsoring partner in the annual cross-training presented through the training
grant. PSD, Children’s Law Center and AOC expanded Title IV-E support to offer training for judges and courtappointed attorneys, including training on maltreatment, trauma and the social and emotional well-being of
children who have been abused or neglected.
PSD representatives participate on the Children’s Justice Act Advisory Group (CJAAG), which insures
consultation and coordination in terms of the expenditure of Children’s Justice Act funds to support the
investigation and prosecution of child abuse and services to mitigate the traum a to the child victim. Other
CJAAG members include judges, attorneys, law enforcement, service providers and advocates.

AND THE SCHOOLS!!!!

"PSD has worked with the Public Education Department and the Department of Health Office of School
Health to develop and disseminate an e-learning for school personnel on detecting and reporting child
abuse and neglect."

This makes me sick to my stomach! Conflict of Interest, much?

"Training" lol, plotting in some hotel, sipping on margaritas while hanging at the pool?? Give me a break!!! This is absolutely asinine.

They have a research division constantly looking for new reasons to break up families. They reach into every area of human life that they can. It is distressing... our country is in big trouble.

The only hopeful thing I've heard recently is that the social security fund could be out of money within about 12 years. When the funds for service providers are gone, will CPS survive?

Why don't seniors realize that their money is being drained by child welfare services "service providers" . . . ???

Nobody seems able to do anything about it and congress doesn't seem to care about anything but getting more kickbacks from the industries that fund them.

Please keep in mind that none of us are lawyers and we can't give legal advice. We are simply telling you what we would do in a similar situation. It is to your advantage to get a lawyer.

It is a complete blatant take over!

The only reason this has been allowed is because the majority DO NOT know or understand the ramifications. Between all of these subcommittees and trusts, that they are partnering with they have constructed a totalitarian blocking anyone out before any votes are made in the public. Not to mention, our wonderful Governor who has learned how to suck this industry dry, has used her Executive Power to push for "PRE-EMPTIVE 'Services'?! WTH?? If you have more than two referrals to the hotline this new measure allows them to enter the home and conduct services EVEN WITHOUT adjudication!! And she continues to cry that they need more authority????

This a complete deconstruction of America.
