When your case closes can you decide where you live?
After your case closes, are you allowed to choose where you want to live? I mean what county and what house? This is assuming you aren't moving in with a drug dealer or something. And assuming the place alone wouldn't cause a new CPS case. Just choosing, like any other free adult in America, where they want to live. Having the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

I would say the answer is 'yes,' but with the caution that if it ever comes to the attention to CPS that your current living conditions are similar to those that led to their previous intervention, they will act with a vengence against your family.
