"Hello,

If a child has a leal guardian who they are residing with, can a judge make the child a ward of the court for neglect and abuse that took place in the parents home by the parents before the guardianship was granted when there are no allegations against the guardian? Can they have such a hearing without the guardian being notified?

Should a child's legal guardian be able to speak in a child protective proceeding regarding abuse that took place by a parent prior to the guardianship being granted.

Can a judge suspend a guardianship in a hearing where the guardian in not allowed to speak and there is no allegations of misconduct of the guardianship."
