Training Publication for CPS workers I spent hours reading and comparing. Not all states have to follow all recommendations so check out what they do compared to the reviews, their own manuals..laws and your experience. Ask questions. I guarantee the shocked look will make you smile all day. It shuts them up while they figure out where u got it from.

A huge list of links to what social workers use for research. Notice how most are geared toward them viewing victim statistics. Much like political polling these numbers are skewered into whatever context cps chooses to tell us about. Remember this is for social workers..it is supported by government. But this whole site is a trove of information for all sides.
