6/24/06- WA- Mom, kidnap, own baby/ hosp- parents final say

The state won jurisdiction over the boy June 9 -- obtaining a court order to put Riley in Children's Hospital -- but the child remained physically with his parents. As far as hospital staff were concerned, the couple had final say over his medical treatment.
