Georgia Class Action Lawsuit

If you're a volunteer class action lawsuit coordinator for your state, start a thread here and in the message area for your state. We need fifty coordinators... one for each state. If there's already one for your state you can volunteer to help or just post that you want your case considered for inclusion in the lawsuit.

Georgia Class Action Lawsuit

My four children were removed in April. Falsely accused and have been lied on by the CPS workers. The Judge got mad because the police DID NOT ARREST ME therefore; he stepped out of line and allowed a local reporter to review the case and posted it in the newspaper while case is ongoing. No arrest of abuse was made and no help has been provided to my rebellious son. The system has failed my family and I'm sure I'm not the first. Together we CAN take control and Right the Wrong of CP in Georgia. This is not JUSTICE. I want my children HOME and the SYSTEM PUNISHED!!!!

Are there any lawsuits in Georgia that you know of'
maybe I should look into starting one?
