Probable Cause
Can I appeal the probable cause ruling?
Re: Probable Cause
I am not an attorney; but I think the same judge would have to be shown evidence or cause to review the hearing.
I wasn't present for one, so it was re-done as a matter of procedure, but that was just for show because the train was already speeding down the track.
Also, I got a one day continuance as the law allows, which really pissed them off. Their petition was defective under the law but the judge refused to dismiss it(illegal) so I asked for a continuance. Well, that gave them time to fix the petition. The petition doesn't have to be correct, just complete.
Beyond that, you'd have to go to a higher court to halt original case. That is beyond my experience.
